If you would like to select which specific record types are available for the public to search for, you can go into the settings, click the "Public Portal" (top of the page) and click the "Public Search" icon. Once you are in the Public Search settings, scroll down the page and you can toggle which record types are available for searching and which ones are not. If the record type checkbox is filled, that record type will be searchable by the public. If you have a long list of record types, you can use the filter option in the top right corner.
If a record type is searchable, ViewPoint Cloud users will be able to see the relevant details of that record type when they are searching for locations using the Storefront.
