Application snapshot allows ViewPoint Cloud users to see the details of a record "at a point in time" from when the record was first submitted. If a record has been submitted but the data changes throughout the course of the inspection and review process, using the application snapshot feature will allow you to print the details of the record as they were when it was submitted, before all the changes. 

You can access application snapshot by navigating to the record page, clicking the three vertical dots in the top right corner and then selecting the "Print Original Record" option.
