Yes! The ability to allow applicants to print documents at home is controlled in the workflow settings of each record type. If you would like the applicant to be able to print their document (permit, license, certificate, etc), all you will need to do is navigate to the record type settings, click the "Workflow" tab, select the applicable document workflow step and then turn on the "Allow Print-at-Home" button.  Also, they can access their documents at any time via the Documents tab in their "My Account" page in the Storefront.
