There are 4 types of fee calculations that can apply to a given record type in ViewPoint Cloud:

Flat Fee: This is when a fee amount is a set total.

$ per [numerical form field entry]: This is when the fee total is derived from a multiple of the answer listed in a numerical form field.  

% of [numerical form field entry]: This is when a fee total is derived from a percentage of the answer listed in a numerical form field.

% of another fee: This is when a fee total is derived from a percentage of another fee's cost.

A fee's calculation type is set in the dropdown menu in a fee's settings as seen below:

You can set conditions for any fee to determine how they're specifically calculated.
