When a fee is due for one of your records, ViewPoint Cloud will automatically send you an email notification. Click on the "Pay Online" button in the email to access the Record's Payment step.

You can also see any your balances due for in your Tasks under your "My Account" page. Click on the task in your Inbox to access that step in the Record.

• Paying Your Fee

Once you're in the Fee step, you'll see a summary of the fee(s) due for that record. To pay the fee:

  1. Choose the Payment Method from the options listed on the page
    Please note: The example below lists credit card and bank account as payment methods which may vary from one municipality to another.  Please note that there may be a processing fee for whichever payment method you choose.
  2. Click Pay and then follow the prompts to make your payment.
