Form Field labels, Section label, and Form Field Help Text boxes cannot be reformatted to be a different font, bolded, italicized, etc. 

Section Help Text boxes can be reformatted using HTML tags such as typing "<b>" to  bold text or "<p>" to add a paragraph break. Links and images can also be embedded in those text boxes.
