Conditional Assignments: The new conditional assignments feature allows for employees to be dynamically assigned to approvals and inspections based on information provided by the applicant. 

Flag Based Conditions: Using flag based conditions, communities can assign workflow steps based on either a user flag or location flag.
    - Location Flags are flags that can be linked to a specific location and highlights a specific attribute of that location. I.e., a specific zone within the community, historic district, FEMA flood zone, etc.
    - User Flags are flags that can be linked to an individual user profile and then used to conditionally populate workflow steps. 

This release also included bug fixes and performance enhancements
