​Conditional attachments: Using conditional attachments in ViewPoint Cloud will allow specific required attachments to only be necessary under certain scenarios (based on the information provided by the applicant). For example, the attachments that are required the first time an applicant applies for a license may not be applicable for when they renew that license. Using conditional attachments will allow the community to dictate when attachments are required based on what type of license and permit the applicant is applying for. 

This publish also included bug fixes and performance improvements.
