Digital signature form fields allow for applicants to digitally sign their name when applying for a permit or license. The signature form field will appear similar to a checkbox form field, but when selected, the applicant will be prompted to enter the full legal name of the signatory. The form field will also be immutable on submitted records (can only be signed during submission) and will not carry over during renewals.
