You can update number form fields to allow for a minimum and maximum amount, which can include negative numbers as well. In order to turn this option on, simply navigate to the form editor, select a number form field and then turn on the "Min or Max" option.

The Min or Max feature can be used with all the other features in PLC such as fee calculations and calculated form fields.
