You can print multi-entry form content as a table in documents in OpenGov Permitting. In the document designer, simply construct a single row using the desired multi-entry fields (merge tags) as depicted in the below example. Optionally, you can include headers.

Document Template Editor:

Once the document is issued, it will intelligently expand the data into a table with one row per entry.
