Go to your ViewPoint Cloud site and click on the Log In link on the upper right.
Please note: Your city will follow this convention: yourcitynamestate.viewpointcloud.com.
If you forget your password:
Click the “Don't remember your password?” link.
Enter your email address.
Click on the blue button to submit.
You'll automatically be sent an email with a link to reset your passwords
Click on the link in the email.
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
