Yes. Any form field that is created for a specific record type will automatically have an applicable merge tag on the document template editor. If you would like to add more information to a document you will just need to first create a new form field (if applicable), navigate to the document template editor and scroll down to find the newly added merge tag. Once you find the merge tag {{FF12345}} simply copy and paste it into the desired spot on the document.
