To report on historical records, you can <a href="http://help.viewpointcloud.com/en/articles/1642220-where-are-reports-created-in-viewpoint-cloud">create a records report</a> in the Explore tab where you set a <a href="http://help.viewpointcloud.com/en/articles/3415669-what-is-the-filters-tab-in-the-reports-field-used-for">filter</a> for "Is Historical" is True.
